When do I receive my order?

The delivery term is mentioned with each item. You can mark the desired or fastest delivery date when ordering online. For orders without print this is between 1 and 3 workdays, with a print minimum 5 workdays after ordering.

Online follow-up of your order via “status order” and “track & trace”

At Pasco you can follow each step in the order process online. The status of your order is visualized from start to finish and you can off course follow online. Via this system we also inform you about the transport. Our deliveries are always during office hours between 8 am and 5 pm (which you can follow via track and trace).

To Do when you want to get your order quickly

1. You need an order? No time to waste! Order directly online and chose the fastest delivery date. This is the most efficient way because we can directly start working for you. 
2. You place an order with print? You can directly send your print (artwork, file, logo, text, design …) directly with your online order. This saves a lot of time. 
   
3. We will send your digital proof as soon as possible via mail. Don’t neglect this. A fast print approval will work miraculously. Because only after your approval we can start the production and thus assure a fast delivery.
